Required Experience: 3-5 Years
-We are seeking a UX Developer with strong design expertise who can collaborate across multiple teams and work independently to create high-quality, user-centered designs. The ideal candidate will be experienced in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture, and will possess a deep understanding of usability, visual design principles, and responsive web design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Usability Reviews, lead Primary User Research, and facilitate UX Workshops.
• Create Personas, User Flows, Journey Maps, and develop Information Architecture.
• Design Low to High-Fidelity Wireframes and Prototypes with strong focus on Visual Hierarchy, Typography, and Color Theory.
• Work with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and more.
• Perform Competitor Analysis and ensure Design Accessibility across all products.
• Create and maintain Style Guides, UX Patterns, and design solutions for Responsive Web Design.
• Independently assess existing properties for usability and visual design, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead sketching and ideation sessions with teams and clients to develop user-centered solutions.
• Deliver projects with a focus on Task Management, Effort Estimation, Client Interaction, and Risk Management.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Usability Expert Reviews, Prototyping, and Information Architecture.
• Proficiency in at least three design tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Design Accessibility, Responsive Web Design, and Visual Design Principles.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver tasks on time while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with experience interacting directly with clients.
