Role Overview
As the Product Discovery Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B
SaaS products. You’ll lead user-centric research and design thinking processes to ensure
we’re solving the right problems and delivering intuitive, engaging user experiences. This is a
highly collaborative role that bridges UX design, user research, and product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the product discovery lifecycle, from ideation through user validation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, field studies, and usability tests to inform product
direction.
• Craft journey maps, wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and UX concepts.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to align on
product goals and user needs.
• Translate business challenges into clear, usable, and delightful experiences.
• Champion the voice of the user in all phases of product development.
• Use data and insights to drive design decisions and measure impact post-launch.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Discovery roles with a strong portfolio
of B2B SaaS success stories.
• Proven expertise in user research methodologies and product discovery best practices.
• Strong creative and design thinking skills with a deep understanding of UX principles.
• Proficient in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing for international audiences, especially UK markets.
• Exposure to AI-powered products or enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Background in working within fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
