Job Description
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us design exceptional user experiences for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both UI and UX design, with experience designing user interfaces for web applications. Candidate will work closely with our development team to ensure that the user interface design is aligned with the functional requirements and provides an intuitive and enjoyable user experience.
Location: Jaipur. Work from Office.
Salary Range: Rs. 4 lacs to 7 lacs per annum (depending on level of skills and experience).
Responsibilities
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Develop design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality design throughout the software.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights on design concepts and solutions.
• Continuously iterate and refine design solutions based on feedback, user testing, and industry trends.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and meet design specifications.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX design trends, best practices, and technologies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in user experience, design or related field
• 3 years of experience with UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies
