Position Summary
Senior Analyst, Marketing and Campaign operations
We are looking for a dynamic marketing and campaign operations professional, who can help the marketing team in managing campaign execution, champions optimum use of budgets and resources, and deliver against key milestones. Someone who understands marketing and communications, has a desire to improve processes, is a strong communicator, and excels at program management.
Work you’ll do
As a Senior Analyst on the Marketing Operations team, you will support the business by keeping campaigns on track given the project plan at hand. You will manage multiple activities and competing demands simultaneously.
Key job responsibilities:
• Ensures overarching campaign goals and objectives are identified, documented, and accomplished while carefully managing scope, schedule, risks, issues, decisions, and interim milestones within agreed schedules
• Leads project status meetings with business partners and cross-functional teams to generate action plans and maintains project schedules
• Develops and oversees project plans and timelines to safeguard successful delivery of creative assets and other execution deliverables
• Manages execution capacity planning process and agile sprint planning
• Advises business partners on budgetary conditions while recommending corrective actions (estimate revisions, scope and/or materials adjustment, concept revisions, talent re-allocation)
• Holds teams accountable to meet operational standards
• Understands the marketing technology stack and ensures all systems are up to date
• Works with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
• Actively participates in campaign project meetings with business leaders, shares and documents project updates
• Responsible for campaign and marketing calendar updates (leverages tools such as Workfront for Deloitte)
• Creates reports and dashboards for internal teams and executive leadership
• Collaborates with team members to merge and analyze data
• Helps establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
• Contributes to other operational activities to help the business run effectively
Key skills and professional experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in campaign operations management, project management, marketing operations or a relevant field
• Excellent written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills
• Good problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to provide actionable insights
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously
• Advanced presentation skills with the ability to tell a story that resonates with leadership
• Detail oriented, with a high sense of ownership
• Ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management and present with confidence
• Good relationship building/relationship management skills to establish rapport, trust and confidence with internal marketing and communication teams
• Ability to understand business needs and timelines to prioritize work, managing multiple existing projects and new requests simultaneously
• Ability to take decisions and suggest alternatives with changing priorities
• Ability to navigate the firm/large organizations
• Works well both independently and on teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite – strong MS Excel skills including pivots/data merging/macros, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Qualifications
Required: MBA or any Post-Graduate Degree
