About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Utility Engineer with 5+ of experience in electrical & mechanical maintenance, utilities management, and automation systems within large-scale manufacturing environments.
The role involves leading plant maintenance operations, ensuring high equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the plant maintenance function (Electrical, Mechanical & Utilities) to ensure uninterrupted operations of production equipment and systems.
• Plan, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve machine uptime and reliability.
• Manage HT/LT electrical systems , transformers (up to 1250 KVA, 11kV/440V), DG sets, ACB/VCB panels, and PLC/SCADA-based automation systems.
