We are currently seeking an experienced Utility Management Executive to join our team at BASF. As a Utility Management Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our utility systems, including water, fire hydrant, boiler, thermal oxidizer, and compressed air systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge in the field of utility management and boiler operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that various maintenance modification, capex jobs carried out as per schedule
- Imparting various training to officer & contractors
- Development of subordinates by identifying training needs and providing good working culture
- To encourage EHS reporting by Employees and Contractors
In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone with strong communication and leadership skills, who can work effectively in a team environment and provide guidance to junior staff members.
