YouTube Manager
Role :
- A YouTube Manager is responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for growing a YouTube channel. This includes creating and scheduling content, interacting with the community through comments and messaging, and analyzing metrics to assess the channel's performance.
Responsibilities :
- The vision being to be the first one in the market to bring exclusive and authentic content related to various competitive exams. So, you need to be someone ready to take up the responsibility of managing the YouTube team.
As part of that, we will need you to :
Developing and executing a content calendar : This involves brainstorming and planning out the types of videos that will be created, as well as scheduling when they will be published.
Creating video content : This may involve writing scripts, filming and editing videos, and ensuring that the content is high-quality and engaging.
Engaging with the community : A YouTube Manager should be active in the comments section and may also be responsible for responding to messages and interacting with viewers on social media.
Analyzing metrics : YouTube Managers should be familiar with tools such as Google Analytics and YouTube's own analytics platform in order to track the performance of the channel and make data-driven decisions about future content.
Collaborating with other creators : YouTube Managers may work with other creators or influencers to cross-promote content and grow the channel.
Team Handling : Manage a team of up to 10 people with a good mix of creative and technical skills.
Desired Skills & Experience :
Strong writing and communication skills : You should be able to craft engaging and compelling scripts and communicate effectively with the community.
Video production and editing experience : You should have experience with filming and editing video content, and be familiar with software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
Familiarity with YouTube algorithms : You should have a good understanding of how YouTube's algorithms work and how to optimize your videos for maximum reach and engagement.
Strategic thinking : You should be able to develop and execute a long-term strategy for growing the channel.
Organizational skills : You should be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Postgraduate/Graduate with 4-7 years of relevant experience required. Experience in EdTech will be preferred.
- Should be exceptionally good at multi-tasking and Comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment, and get-things-done.
- Its Work from office & 6 working days job.
