Sr. Manager/Manager
Role : We are looking for a highly strategic, passionate individual for this role, based out of Jodhpur Office (WFO).
Responsibilities :
- Build a strong Digital Marketing strategy to help the company to reach its target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs.
- Immediate Focus on paid channels to jump-start growth with a hands-on understanding of all digital channels and platforms (like-Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Be responsible for SEO strategy which includes collaborating with product & engineering teams to improve the performance and with the content team to deliver high-quality user-centric content.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, CPRs, and CAC).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Drive a mindset of building a pipeline of multiple experiments in digital marketing to drive growth.
- Using a data drive and insight-based approach to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Create and implement content strategy, build a top-notch content team that can cater to long-form, short-form, video content, blogs, etc. - to leverage specific social channels.
- Build and lead a best-in-class digital marketing team: Training, learning development, recruitment, management, org structure, and more.
Desirable Skills & Experience :
- Graduate/MBA Degree in Marketing from a premier institute with 4-8 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing with a track record of growth and/or demand generation roles with people management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing channels & Platforms (like-Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Performance-oriented with a proven track record of building comprehensive reporting and dashboards, and driving data-driven optimization and investment decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside the primary job description when necessary.
- Experience managing an internal team as well as demand gen and/or creative agencies.
- Should be exceptionally good at multi-tasking and Comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment, and get-things-done.
- Take charge of the entire digital marketing to get the task completed and ensure optimum efficiency. - Excellent analytical skills.
