Role Description
This is a full-time role at '' as an Sr Legal Associate based in Dwarka, NEW DELHI. As an Sr Legal Associate , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing
- Advisory assignments of GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Policy , SEZ etc.
- Filing of monthly GST returns, IGCR returns, MOOWR returns etc.
- Handling of audit, scrutiny and investigations under GST, Customs laws etc.
- Health check reviews
- Litigation - Drafting of appeals and attending hearing before authorities, Tribunals etc.
- SVB inquiry by Indian customs authorities
- Approvals under AEO, MOOWR, IGCR, PBW etc
You will also assist in business development by identifying new business opportunities, making presentations to clients and managing a team of 3 to 4 people.
Qualifications
Post Graduate or LL.B with 3-4 years of experience in Indirect taxes. Excellent writing skill is a must.
Candidates with 'consulting' background or working currently with consulting firms would be preferred.
Salary: INR 50000 per month to INR 75000 per month
