Roles and Responsibilities
• Understand Product Specification and user Psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create Persona catalogue through user research and data
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find Creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Provide storytelling to build cross functional and cross-product area alignment to bring a strategic and framework design mindset to solve at scale
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframe, mockup and prototypes that leads to intuitive user experience
• Design and deliver wireframes, user journeys, reusable UX components and mockup optimized
Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of demonstrated relevant experience in creating and implementing UX design
• Proficient with visual design programs such as Figma, MURAL and others
• Continued education and research into UX trends and current design strategy and technologies
• Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
• Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
• Experience in a highly Agile/scrum environment
• Ability to work in a startup environment
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
• Account for challenges using problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome
• Experience creating and driving Design thinking workshop

• Exposure to Tableau & Power BI Tools
