Role: UX designer
About You:
Do you have a love for designing experiences? Not just how a website looks, but right down into the essence of how it operates, how users feel when they interact with it, and how that leads to extraordinary brand engagement?
Looking to be an integral part of an amazing team, have your voice heard, and feel like you belong?
DFYNE may be the perfect place for you.
About DFYNE
A picture paints a thousand words… and we’re sure you don’t want to be sat here reading an essay of corporate “about us” spiel….
Seriously, how’re you able to really get under the skin of what we’re about from a few words on a screen. So why don’t you have a look and see what we’re all about for yourself: www.dfyne.com.
About the role - DFYNE Your Career
Before we get into it, let me introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here), it’s not the norm on a job role spec, but DFYNE is no normal place to be.
I’m Oscar, the Founder/CEO of DFYNE, I’m looking for someone who’s not afraid to take on a challenge, understands that you’re either always learning or you’re moving backwards, and more than anything, someone who’s ready for an extraordinary journey.
Specifically, I’m looking for someone who is willing to push the limits of our website design and has a keen understanding not only user experience but the design, interactivity, look, and feel of the website. You better be up for a challenge though, everything you see on the website so far has been built by myself, and I know there is a lot that can be improved. You can also bet that with over 1.4m sessions per month, the team and I will only be accepting the best and expectational work. If you are not ready for that challenge, then there isn’t any point applying. If you are ready, and relish the challenge of freedom in a role, then this is probably an opportunity you won’t want to miss.

So, what’s in it for you?
If you’ve made it this far down without being put off, brilliant, I’d love to hear from you.
Besides a work family and a great place to work, you’ll have an opportunity to grow with the company, be a part of the journey, and have a vital input into helping continue the crazy growth we’ve already seen.
