Job description, work day and responsibilities
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers across multiple projects and platforms.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Drive the design process from conceptualization to final implementation, ensuring user-centric, intuitive, and elegant interfaces.
Manage design projects and timelines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify pain points and optimize the experience.
Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Create and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and best practices across products.
Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the user experience. Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Advocate for design thinking and human-centered design methodologies within cross-functional teams.
Embrace an iterative design process, incorporating feedback from user testing and data analysis to continuously improve the user experience.
Plan, conduct, and analyze user research activities, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gain deep user insights.
Understanding of web and mobile development processes and constraints.
Stay updated on industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.
A passion for creating user-centric and visually appealing digital experiences.
