We are on a mission to help Shopify Merchants grow their e-commerce businesses. Five of our apps are live in the Shopify App Store, and more will follow.

Compensation
Total Salary: Rs. 7 to 10 lakhs per annum (based on prior experience and fit)
Hiring Process
We have four steps in total. If you pass each round, we will hire you. All the steps will be virtual. We expect you to have a stable internet connection and turn on the video during the interview.
• Assignment—If you match the job requirements, we will send you an assignment. It should not take you more than an hour to complete, and it will consist of situational questions.
• First-level Interview - This will help us understand your approach to design. We will evaluate what form of designs you create, how you create them, and any tools you use
• CEO Interview - This interview will be more generic. Questions will be about expertise, skill-related, and generic.
• Culture Fit Round—A member of our customer success team will conduct this round. It is also an excellent opportunity to clarify your doubts about us and our culture.
Responsibilities:
Within 1 month:
• Have one-on-one introductory calls with every employee. We are a small and remote team, and we would like to know you better.
• Understand what AdNabu's various products do for our customers. We have five different apps live on the Shopify App Store.
• Learn about the positioning of the 2 domains that we have
• Study our current design language and identify gaps.
• Watch all our demo videos and marketing materials, including blogs, website pages, etc.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes based on provided briefs.
• Assist in user research and usability testing sessions to gather insights for immediate project needs.
Within 3 months:
• Work closely with Product and Development teams to align UX strategies with business objectives, actively contributing to the product roadmap.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Take ownership of design projects and start working independently
• Provide design solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
Within 6 months:
• Conduct in-depth user testing and analyze feedback to iterate and improve designs continuously
• Come up with ideas for visuals for blogs as well as website pages. Create marketing collaterals, including banners, static images, and gifs for the marketing team
• Develop and refine design systems, style guides, and UX guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
Requirements:
• 2 to 4 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio in creating illustrations and showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Eagerness to learn about the company’s products and their capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks at once
• Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
