Requirements
What we’re looking for
Experience working on UX for B2B SaaS products or complex internal tools
Strong front-end fundamentals and confidence implementing your own designs
Hands-on experience with React (Next.js and Material UI are strong pluses)
Someone ready to step into ownership and help set UX direction, with support
A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a small, diverse team
Nice to have
Interest or experience in AI-assisted or agent-based user experiences
Experience contributing to or evolving shared UI patterns or design systems
Comfort using modern developer tooling to support design-to-code workflows
Experience in the utilities or telco industry
