What we are looking for
We are seeking a UX Graphic Designer that will deliver a suite of compelling best-in-class digital assets to support our sales, marketing and product launches. Target audiences for the deliverables are internal sales force, large customers, executives, channel partners, and events. This creative professional will promote an eagerness to deliver marketing assets that will inspire and amaze our customers, partners, and employees.
Collaborate with the Product & Engineering, Marketing team to understand and define UX standards for products and digital assets. You are able to independently deliver high-fidelity designs, digital assets and marketing content while iterating based on feedback from research, executives, marketing team and customer users.
You will use your UX expertise to create and elevate user experiences to help make our users' lives better. We hope you bring a proactive UX mindset to ensure the team is building the right experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data, as well as, company and team objectives. This role will bring enthusiasm and passion for visual design, UX experimentation, testing, and innovation.
You will share new ideas, tools, and ways to better our user experience that will result in impactful user and business outcomes. You will participate and help in discovery sessions to understand the context of your work and use that context as your foundation. You have a desire to run design workshops, create workshop artifacts, user flows, wireframes, mid-to-high fidelity static mockups, and prototypes. UX rationale behind proposals will be effortlessly communicated to your teams, leadership, and the company as a whole.
What you will do
• Create a range of digital assets that support a product launch, customer segment, or executive presentation.
• Create visual assets to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-grasp messages for sales and customers.
• Produce professional PowerPoint presentations that are impactful and will wow customers.
• Proficient proofreader and detailed-oriented designer to ensure quality assets are delivered.
• Apply corporate & brand global design standards to all assets produced.
• Will prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment: adapt quickly to change, juggle multiple projects.
• Manage the production of incremental collateral with agencies
• Ensure proper integration of new assets into content management systems(CMS) and sales tools.
• Process-oriented to define process improvements to the creative asset development process.
• Self-starter, able to work independently to complete project assignments
• Effectively communicates the status of projects with multiple stakeholders and executives.
What skills are required
• Proficient in graphic design programs including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, GIMP etc.
• Ability to quickly modify/create PowerPoint decks for our executives within quick turn timelines
• Expertise in PowerPoint presentations and proficient with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail for both creative and written content.
• Digitally savvy, use graphic design programs to create, modify and enhance imagery or video.
• Problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills including ability to organize, analyze, interpret, and disseminate information.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Must be able to work as part of a diverse team, as well as independently
• Ability to follow departmental and organizational processes and meet established goals and deadlines
• Experience in graphic designing
• Experience in Content Management Systems (CMS) including Joomla, Drupal, Wordpress
What skills are desired
• Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design / Marketing Communications / Business or like degree.
• Experience in business/commercial corporate client graphic design experience
