About the position:
As we continue to scale globally, we’re investing in elevating our digital experience and are excited to be hiring a UX/UI Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping how customers interact with Cullen across our website and digital platforms. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who is deeply passionate about interface design, user experience, and systems thinking.
Key Responsibilities include:
Own UX/UI design projects from discovery through to delivery, including user flows, task flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and prototypes.
Design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences across web based platforms, including landing pages, customer journeys, and key conversion touch-points
Act as the UX/UI expert across the website, confidently guiding decisions and challenging assumptions where needed
Collaborate closely with developers and tech teams, translating business and customer requirements into clear, build-ready designs
Contribute to the development, evolution, and maintenance of a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to support design decisions and measure UX success against intent
What are we seeking?
Minimum 3 years in a UX/UI or product-focused design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and interface design
Proven experience working closely with developers and technical teams in a collaborative environment
Experience using UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch, miro is a plus
Strong capability in UI design, this role is hands-on and interface-heavy
Solid understanding of UX principles, user journeys, decision-tree logic, prioritisation frameworks, and risk identification
Confidence articulating design rationale and storytelling, especially when navigating competing opinions
Demonstrated experience designing for web, mobile, and digital platforms including landing pages and interactive elements.
