Full job description

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing user interfaces that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to understand project requirements and contribute design ideas.

Help create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.

Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback for design improvements.

Support the team in maintaining and contributing to our design system.

Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and design thinking.

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.

A portfolio or sample work (academic or personal projects) demonstrating design skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

Interest or experience in user research and usability testing.

Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and design system concepts.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
