As part of Qualys UX team, UX designers should have understanding of enterprise level end users mental model, technology and business goals. He/She should be creative by nature, an out of the box thinker. He/She must be able to create sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes . He/She should be able to design interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Need to understand the business goals and user behaviour
• Design detailed interaction design and wire frames independently
• Coordinate more with UX Architects to ensure timely UX delivery
• Illustrate design ideas using workflows, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Work in a team environment while following the design process
• Understand requirements for the project in a holistic way
• Provide multiple design solutions for a problem statement
• Interact within UX and Egg teams to validate feasibility of the designs
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
Added Advantage:
• Knowledge about the accessibility compliances
• Cyber Security Enterprise Software Domain Knowledge
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 or more years of UX design experience.
• Help to create clean and simple user-centered designs using Figma (paper and pencil is fine too, But Figma knowledge is a must)
• Participate brainstorming sessions and ideate by sketching and white-boarding
• Take a user-centered design approach, perform basic rapid user testing and iterate your designs to validate them.
• Review/Research competitors’ products for additional insights
• Gather information around problem statement to create wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to Stakeholders.
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
