Job Title – User Experience Designer
Location – Pune
Role Description
You will be joining the Autobahn User Experience team at Deutsche Bank, providing UX expertise across Deutsche Bank’s Investment and Corporate Bank to design and deliver best-in-market products to our external clients. You will join the team in the Pune offices and develop professional UX skills, under senior design leadership, working on real-world projects, learning how to partner with product and delivery experts across business lines, using digital design and collaboration tools (i.e., Figma), to create engaging and usable applications. We are actively seeking knowledgeable, creative, and energetic User Experience Designer, skilled at all facets of the UX design process and excels at critical thinking, ideating, and prototyping. Your key responsibilities
Knowledgeable of new UX methods, promote and experiment with them in your projects.
Informed of the latest Web Accessibility standards and seek to apply to projects.
Design creative UX solutions that meet business requirements, tested with end-users, and applies web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Delivers high-quality UX documents and analysis, including but not limited to: site maps, user profiles, research, user scenarios, wireframes, content matrices, flow diagrams/process maps, user journeys and detailed design requirements/specifications.
Strong skills to self-manage small-size UX projects independently, and mid-size projects with some oversight from a senior designer.
Perform heuristic site evaluations and competitive site analysis.
Support senior designers with usability test sessions, analysis of test results, and preset findings with recommendations to stakeholder team.
Provide effort estimates for design projects.
Conduct UX Quality Assurance during development and testing phases to ensure the system looks and behaves as specified by UX. Log issues and rate according to usability impact. Provide UX direction for unexpected development challenges.
Be aware of and promote DB product style guides.
Your skills and experience
Skilled at generating new visual design solutions off the back existing patterns and standards.
Knowledge of accessibility requirements in alignment with WCAG standards
Knowledge of responsive design
