Responsibilities:
Experience managing a team of around 3-4 UI/UX designers.
Build responsive web page templates/components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Working with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to define interaction architecture and behavior of the system to ensure that the user interface is compelling for end customer on visual, tactile, and audible level
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
Experience implementing HTML/CSS based on mockups from designers / style guides
Rewrite CSS style sheets/html templates to bring more structure to styles across all pages on site
Build out CSS style guide components and direct other developers on the use of styles with new features
The main responsibility of the candidate will be to realize the functionality of high-level business requirements supplied by Business Analyst team to deliver robust functionality with the toolsets available in the company.
Creating and facilitating an environment, process and design system that supports consistent UX principles and processes
Leading regular creative sessions and an environment of learning amongst the team members to guide them through their quest of better user experience and creative user interfaces
Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities
Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives
Stay up to date with competitor products, their features, and industry trends to incorporate them into the design process
Conduct user interviews and UX research by helping recruit participants, run research, and report on all aspects of customer feedback. This user research is not limited to concept testing, usability testing, psychographic analysis, and customer/user feedback
Perform UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis
Working closely with developers to see your design was thorough in deployment/development
Skills and Qualifications:
8-12 Years of experience on end-to-end user centric and creative design
Expert UX/UI Design Certification is a must
Minimum 4-5 years of developing & integrating web/mobile based applications - Mandatory
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in developing new user-facing features from scratch
Proficient with rapid prototyping and visualization tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe CC
Expert sense & understanding of UI/UX Design principles
Deep knowledge of at least one Object Oriented language
At least 5+ years’ experience in Angular, JavaScript, AJAX, client-side REST calls
Basic knowledge in Agile, Scrum and Lean approaches
Illustrate and present design options using process flows, prototypes, and sitemaps along with thorough research and analysis
Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals
Familiarity with project management and remote collaboration tools
