Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our team. The relevant candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio of work. In your role as a graphic designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging, innovative, and creative graphics including illustrations, layouts, social media posts, creatives, and other marketing assets. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our websites and social media channels.
Responsibilities
As a Designer, you will be responsible for providing stunning visuals for all our brilliant ideas on digital and print media, and be at the core of client content development and strategy.
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
Staying up to date on the latest Graphic Design techniques, Ideas creation.
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
Work with copywriters and executives to produce the final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in graphic design
Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong portfolio
A solid foundation in typography, layout, and design
Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
Awareness of current trends in business, design, and technology.
Good communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus
