The Assistant Company Secretary will ensure the company complies with its statutory obligation under any relevant law and regulations. We are looking for a Candidate having Company Secretarial and legal background with sound knowledge of India Company law particularly regarding ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Candidate should have an academic background from legal with sound knowledge of contracts drafting and review.
