Job Role & Responsibilities : This is a Branch Banking desk based job where the person will be responsible for Customer Servicing, Branch Operation, Welcome Desk, Built Relationship with the Customers & Cross sales of Banking & Financial products. Job Description : Manage KYC, MIS & BRS reports. Overall Bank financial, Operations & A/c work. Prescribe TAT/SLAs for financial work. Resolving customers request, queries & issues. Cross verification of KYC. Maintain MIS/EOD reports Acquiring business with existing & new client. Candidate should be some knowledge about basic Banking & Financial terms. Making For Customers Clearing Update. Reconciliation Customer accounts. Able to handling Client/Customer queries also. Should be Eligible for Cross Sales. Should have Good Communication skill. Salary Package : For Fresher : Annual CTC of Rs.1.85 to 3.00 Lac per annum plus Variable (performance based high Incentives). For Experience : Annual CTC of Rs.3.50 to 6.00 Lac per annum plus Variable (performance based high Incentives). Plus PF, Gratuity and Mediclaim & Insurance cover (as per policy). Candidate Desire Profile : Banking experience candidate will be preferred. Age should be 20-35 years only. Good communication (verbal and written skills). Ability to speak in local language and English. Strong product knowledge and understanding of Banking products & services. Understanding of local market and captive client base. Education Qualification : Minimum Graduate with any stream Or Post Graduate with any stream. MBA (Banking, Finance, Marketing & IB) Will be Preferred.
