• Maintaining cleanliness: Cleaning patient rooms, changing linens, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
• Patient assistance: Helping patients with bathing, dressing, using the toilet, and mobility.
• Meal service: Serving meals, feeding patients if necessary, and ensuring they have the necessary facilities.
• Transportation: Assisting patients with moving between beds, wheelchairs, and stretchers.
• Other duties: Removing refuse, taking specimens to the lab, and generally being helpful to the nursing and other staff.
• Communication skills: Being able to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, staff, and families.
• Patience and calmness: Maintaining a calm and reassuring demeanor, especially when dealing with distressed or anxious patients.
• Empathy and compassion: Showing genuine concern for patients' well-being and dignity.
• Physical strength and stamina: Being able to assist with moving patients, lifting objects, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic hygiene knowledge: Understanding and adhering to proper hygiene practices and infection control protocols.
• Ability to follow instructions: Being able to understand and carry out instructions from nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Teamwork: Working effectively as part of a healthcare team.
• Respect for patient dignity: Understanding the importance of respecting patient privacy and autonomy.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
