This role forms part of our 12-week paid summer Vacation Program, that runs between November 2026 – February 2026. As a Vacation Student – Accounting & Finance, you will be working in our established Project Accounting/Cost Control team and be involved in:
Assist cost controllers in monitoring project costs
Preparing monthly project forecasts and variance analysis
Processing, sales invoices, preparing ad-hoc project financial reports & writing procedures

Based in West Perth, this role forms part of our Cost Control team, which is Fugro’s fundamental function to support Fugro’s projects across departments. You will gain solid knowledge and exposure to preparing project cash flows, project financial reports/forecasts and accounts payable.

About You
We are interested in taking applicants from the following courses.
Major in Accounting or Finance
Your success in securing this role will require:
Ideally be in your penultimate year of your degree
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
Good verbal communication, interfacing and writing skills
Curiosity and high attention to detail
Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with numbers and numerical tasks
Good teamworking skills
