We are a new-age law firm in Australia but also looking to expand into New Zealand the Middle East
We are looking for innovative Virtual Assistants, Paralegals and lawyers that want to work completely electronically and remotely in various roles and locations at we currently have available
Previous experience in these management systems would be considered an advantage and desirable, however training will be provided to the right person as training modules are available for LEAP to assist you with your training. Training will also be provided for ZOHO CRM.Excellent Internet Connection and Speed is a Must have as is your own computer to meet the requirements of the position.
• Role will encompass:
- Initial point of contact for all incoming calls or inquires and recording of information in our CRM Practice Management System.
- Ensuring all calls, notes, records and tasks are logged within our Practice Management System.
- Scheduling of Appointments and reminders of follow Appointments are sent.
- Assist e-filing tasks of AVL calls, documents, time sheets
- Social media posts and articles Chandra Please expand on this further
- Zoho One Product knowledge - CRM, Sales IQ,
- Social Media,
- Photoshop, Canva.
• Essential skills
- You Must be accurate in reading the task or listening to the tasks that have been assigned to you, Attention to detail is critical in this role. We require Honesty and integrity This is essential when working remotely. A Hige proficiency in English and communication is required for this role.
- Windows 10 and Office 365 would be reqired.
• Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jaipur City, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• Experience:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
