Valet/Concierge | Mercedes-Benz Brisbane
Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is located in the heart of Newstead. They are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Valet to join our team. The Valet plays a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Locating and moving vehicles around the building as required
Assisting customers as a first point of contact for all queries
Booking relevant transportation for customers as required
Escalation of complaints promptly to ensure swift resolution
Liaising with service advisors to support in day-to-day operations
About You:
Exceptional customer service and presentation at all times
High-level organisational skills
Ability to quickly build rapport and handle customer complaints as required
Valid QLD Drivers License
