A great new opportunity to join our friendly Fleet Service team at our Canary Wharf branch. We are looking for a customer-driven individual with excellent communication skills to join our amazing team. As a member of the Fleet Service team, you will be responsible for greeting our customers on arrival and return of their hire. Delivering exceptional customer service is an integral part of this role as you are the first and last point of contact with the customer. We welcome applications from all different fields incl service personnel, ex-service, ex-army.

Qualifications
About You:
• Working in a fast-paced environment, you can work well under pressure both independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work on a shift rota /shift basis to cover branch opening hours.
• You have held a valid full clean driving license for a minimum of 12 months.
• Prior experience within a driving role would be an advantage but not essential.
What you will do:
As a Check In Agent at SIXT, you are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our customers car rental. You will need to complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer and ensure vehicles are delivered and collected between branches in a timely manner. You will inspect vehicles for damage when they are collected or returned, report any damage, defects whilst always delivering exceptional customer service. You will also agree any damage caused by customers and ensure they sign the correct documents and notify the Branch Manager. You will assist with any refueling of our vehicles.
