Job description, work day and responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Preferable to have an accredited ASA course in Valuations, have an AVAA accreditation or are an API member/API student member in plant and machinery or willing to study towards it
Strong understanding of industrial assets including mining, transport, construction, plant and equipment
Proven track record of conducting asset valuations including good research skills and the ability to access a variety of market information
Customer focused and able to build strong relationships
A clear and effective communicator
Organised with a solution focused approach to work
