La Quinta Inn & Suites By Wyndham Seattle Sea is Seeking: A skilled and customer-focused Vans Driver and Concierge to join our team. As a Shuttle Van Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests and employees, greeting them upon arrival, and ensuring they have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a shuttle van to transport guests and employees between designated locations within the hospitality group
Greet guests and assist with loading and unloading luggage and other belongings
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive attitude
Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely transportation
Ensure the shuttle van is clean and presentable at all times, both inside and out
Perform routine maintenance checks on the shuttle van and report any issues or necessary repairs to management
Maintain accurate records of transportation activity, including pick-up and drop-off times, mileage, and fuel usage
Follow emergency procedures in case of an accident or unexpected situation
Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are required. Previous experience as a shuttle bus driver or in customer service is preferred, as is familiarity with Seattle and surrounding areas.
