Role : VAO Relationship Manager (on payroll of Federal Bank) Location : Federal Bank Office, Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka Joining: Immediate Role Description • KYC / Video KYC customer verification with outbound calls • Make calls to customers to complete their VKYC • Once connected, capture images of the relevant documents • Verify and cross-check the details mentioned on the documents • Update on the system accordingly Skills / Proficiencies Required • Must be a Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline (Degree certificate is mandatory) • Good command on english language (verbal / written) • Familiarity with Hindi is highly preferred Offer Details • Work from office (Office Location - Whitefield, Bangalore, Office is close to metro station) • Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM, 2nd & 4th Saturday is non-working • Compensation : INR 2,64,000 (INR 20,000 per month +INR 6,000 bonus per quarter) Selection Process Round 1 - Screening round (over phone) Round 2 - This will be held in person in Whitefield, Bangalore Process dates will be shared with you within a week of application • Work location will be at Federal Bank Office, Whitefield, Bangalore • 3 year fixed term employment with Federal bank, no Bond • The notice period is 30 days
