Job Description: VB.Net/C# Developer (Business Applications)
We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated VB.Net and C# developers to join our dynamic team. As a VB.Net/C# Developer, you will play a crucial role in building enhancements for existing customers and modernizing our application stack to .NET Core Cloud Microservice architecture. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality VB.Net and C# code for business applications.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and performance.
Collaborate with team members to develop efficient and effective software solutions.
Contribute to the modernization of our application stack to .NET core Microservice architecture.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in VB.Net and C# development for business applications.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and SQL querying.
Prior Experience in developing applications for the Financial Domain is a plus.
Familiarity with front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to analyze complex problems and propose creative solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with modernizing legacy applications to Dotnet core Cloud microservice architecture is a plus.
