Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor cum Director of Photography (DOP) at Property 10X. The Video Editor cum DOP will be responsible for editing videos, capturing and recording footage, managing equipment, and ensuring high-quality video production. The role will involve working closely with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and visually appealing videos that meet the company's objectives. The Video Editor cum DOP will also collaborate with other team members to conceptualize and execute video projects.
Qualifications
• Video editing skills and experience
• Experience in capturing and recording high-quality video footage
• Proficiency in video editing software and equipment
• Knowledge of lighting and cinematography techniques
• Attention to detail and strong visual storytelling abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Degree or certification in film production, cinematography, or related field is a plus
