Responsibilities
• Provisioning Accounts and Infrastructure for Veeam Deployments (Veeam, S3 GUIs, etc.).
• Installing and configuring Veeam Backup and Replication, and other Veeam solutions for customers.
• Troubleshooting Veeam Backup and Replication and other Veeam products.
• Ensuring that sales & customer requests are attended to in a timely manner and follow appropriate procedures.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects, prioritizing work against aggressive timelines.
• Work closely with customer IT teams to ensure proper deployment of services.
• Answering customer queries, arranging onboarding/project dates with partners & clients, communicating with customers pre and post project delivery.
Qualification
3 – 5 years of combined experience in backup and business continuity, cloud technologies or as a technician, administrator, engineer, or helpdesk team member e.g., SaaS, IaaS, DRaaS, BaaS.
Experience with Veeam products and services with a strong focus on Veeam Backup and Replication.
Strong problem solving and organizational skills, particularly with time management, and attention to detail.
Self-management skills – the ability to manage small projects from start to finish solo.
Experience with common virtualization platforms such as: VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix
