Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Veeva Vault Technical Consultant specializing in the Clinical Domain. Responsibilities include providing technical consulting and support for Veeva Vault implementations, resolving technical issues through troubleshooting, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The consultant will work with cross-functional teams to analyze technical challenges, consult clients on best practices, and support sales efforts by providing technical expertise.
Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with the Veeva Vault platform
• Experience in Vault configuration (objects, workflows, lifecycles, security)
• Experience working with CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and QMS modules
• Experience in production support and issue resolution
• Understanding of clinical, regulatory, and quality processes in Life Sciences
• Knowledge of GxP compliance
• Experience preparing IQ (Installation Qualification) and PQ (Performance Qualification) documentation
• Exposure to project implementation and project management activities
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams while maintaining strong documentation and organizational practices
Responsibilities
• Configure and administer Veeva Vault applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting
• Implement system enhancements and configuration updates
• Support validation activities including IQ/PQ documentation
• Work closely with clinical, regulatory, and quality teams
• Assist with system upgrades, releases, and project implementation
