Job Description
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate damaged vehicles, prepare accurate repair estimates, and ensure all work meets industry and safety standards. Within this role you will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, checking the parts being invoiced for labour.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess the extent of damage.
Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates.
Communicate effectively with insurers, customers, and repair teams to agree on repair plans.
Generating and processing invoices for payment.
Ensure all repairs comply with manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
Monitor repair progress and perform quality checks upon completion.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, estimates, and communications.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar role within the accident repair industry.
ATA (Automotive Technician Accreditation) or equivalent qualification preferred.
Previous experience using AutoFlow would be desirable.
Experience in generating, reviewing, and processing invoices for payment.
Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, and estimating systems ideally with experience of using Audatex.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
