About the Role
This role is a vital part of our team, providing exceptional customer service by driving the courtesy vehicle and washing and vacuuming customer vehicles after service and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and vacuum member and customer vehicles.
Operate the courtesy bus service, including picking up and dropping off customers.
Maintain the appearance and readiness of the courtesy vehicle.
Deliver an outstanding level of customer service.
Ensure the cleanliness of the work bay while maintaining a safe working environment.
Handle administrative duties, including filing and banking.
This full-time, permanent role is available from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday shifts.
Please note: Successful candidates will undergo a full medical and police check, including traffic infringement assessments.
What We Are Looking for in You:
Excellent driving skills.
Effective teamwork skills and the ability to develop positive workplace relationships.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a customer service environment.
Ability to operate basic electronic equipment, including mobile phones and GPS.
A C-class manual driver's license with a sound driving record.
