ABOUT THE ROLE
Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Have a passion for cars? Join our Operations Team at Canberra, ACT 2609! Full-time, Mon–Fri (8:15am–5pm). We need a reliable, customer-focused quick learner. Hands-on role, permanent position, on the go.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Catalogue and inspect vehicles – record details, note damage, photograph assets, and upload information within required timeframes.
Deliver exceptional service – support buyers and vendors in person, over the phone, and via email to ensure smooth, accurate handovers.
Keep operations moving – manage mail, coordinate couriers, handle data entry, maintain office supplies, and complete auction administration with precision.
Support the team – collaborate across departments and provide reliable operational and administrative assistance to keep the branch running seamlessly.
Prioritise safety and standards – follow all WHS procedures while consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding service expectations.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Some knowledge or a keen interest in cars
Current, valid manual driver’s licence (essential)
Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
A strong commitment to safety
Good attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment
