To welcome you as a Ford Technician you will receive a joining bonus of £2,000
FLEXIBLE 4 DAY WORKING WEEK AVAILABLE - This can be discussed at interview stage, as well as the option of a 40 or 42.5 hour working week
Basic Salary of £30,185 up to £42,371 - Dependent on skills & experience
OTE from £32,615 to £46,601, UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians
3 month guaranteed bonus upon joining, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, critical illness and life assurance schemes, exclusive discounts on new and used vehicles and aftersales services

Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We are looking for someone who is:
Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Equipped with a full UK driving licence
Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
