Vehicle Technician £43,000 OTE! Local family-run dealership Location – East Peckham Want to maximise your potential as a Vehicle Technician within a highly experienced and committed team? Fantastic Opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a local, independent dealership trading for over 30 years, widely renowned throughout London and the South East for its specialist work and unparalleled customer service. You will be rewarded with:
• £35,000 Basic
• OTE £43,000
• Team Bonus – up to £6,000 per year + overtime
• Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm / 1 Saturday in 3 – 8am – 12pm
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays
• Pension
• Free parking
• Paid Team days out
Day to day:
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
• Repair and replace faulty components, such as brakes, suspension systems, and engines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining technical issues and repair options clearly
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and attend training sessions as required
Ideal candidate:
• Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds
• 2-3 years experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Experience working in a garage
• Driving Licence
• Hard worker
• Passion for delivering top results
• Team player
