Witham Garage have an opening for a fully qualified vehicle technician / mechanic to join our team.
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, so methodical working, good organisational, communication, and time-management skills will be required.
Prior experience is essential – preferably within a franchise environment.
Candidates should be able to:
- Carry out vehicle servicing and repair work on all makes of cars, and vans
- Complete routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and air conditioning re-gassing, as well as larger jobs including clutch and cambelt replacements
- Diagnose faults and action necessary repair work
- Use diagnostic equipment
- Work on electrical systems
- Conduct road tests
- Maintain a clean, and safe working environment
Required qualifications / licences:
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum of NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Salary dependent on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £40,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
