Mechanic / Vehicle Technician
£30,000 - £50,000 per annum
Thatcham, Berkshire
Full Time, Permanent - Mon - Fri
Our client is looking for ambitious, high quality Mechanic and Vehicle Technicians with a positive attitude to join their team.
You can earn a salary ranging from £30,000 to £50,000 pa. If you join our client, they will look after you, train you and provide you with security and long-term opportunities.
The ideal candidate
• Positive, open to learn, great attitude. A team player
• GCSE’s or equivalent basic qualifications
• Do you have NVQ level 3 in light vehicle maintenance & repair - City & Guilds, or similar
• A Mechanic/technician in the Motor Trade, ideally 4x4 and Land Rover produced vehicles
• Hold a full Drivers Licence

They are a rapidly growing, expanding specialist business that work exclusively on Land Rover/Range Rover vehicles.
The work is varied, but exclusively Land Rover/Range Rover focused, a typical day is all about working on interesting vehicles and solving problems through cutting edge technology and equipment.

The Role
• Working on a variety of vehicles from 1+47 to present day
• In depth vehicle fault finding and diagnostics
• Routine Service and maintenance
• Pre MOT checks
• Ad hoc welding - if possible, but not essential
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm
