As a Vendor Management Specialist in the Vendor Relationship Management Support team within the Private Bank Divisional Vendor Management Office at Deutsche Bank, you will be part of a dynamic environment that presents both challenges and opportunities. The Private Bank Divisional Vendor Management Office (PB DVMO) is entrusted with implementing the core requirements of the Third-Party Management Framework to ensure efficient and effective management of the Private Bank's third-party portfolio. Working closely with global business stakeholders, COOs, and other group functions, the DVMO plays a crucial role in challenging, executing, and managing business requirements in full compliance with internal and external policies and standards.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to consult and collaborate with various stakeholders on vendor management topics, manage and prioritize the Private Bank's vendor risk assessments, and support all post-deal activities related to vendor risk management processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing analysis, meeting materials, and presentations to facilitate senior stakeholder engagement and management approvals.
To excel in this role, you should have experience in Risk Management systems and processes, ideally within the Deutsche Bank environment. Previous vendor management experience in a global corporate, financial services, or management consulting setting is preferred. Strong teamwork, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a degree or relevant industry experience in Risk and/or Supply-Chain Management. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required, and German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory. Additionally, excellent computing skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), are expected.
