Role Description
The Vendor Management Analyst focuses on transactional vendor related support. They perform administrative, performance and cost management tracking and reporting tasks. The Vendor Management Analyst identifies process gaps or inconsistencies and supports the implementation of appropriate mitigating actions to drive efficiencies for areas (or vendors) within their remit. The Vendor Management Analyst is a member of the specific divisional vendor management function, but will be encouraged to build skills and experience to support the end-to-end vendor relationship, cross-functionally. The Vendor Management Analyst closely collaborates with Procurement, the business and Vendor Managers alike.

Your key responsibilities
Manage the vendor service relationship on a transactional level
Primary contact for the vendor engagement and responsibility for the vendor related risk management process
Deliver the daily workload, activities and tasks of the vendor management functions to ensure all vendor remediation activities are timely completed
Monitor and develop supplier performance and optimize relationships
Collaborate closely with the businesses, respective CB Vendor & Service Owners, Procurement and 2nd LoD functions (RTC’s)
Your skills and experience
University degree in economics, apprenticeship in banking or equivalent qualification
Several years of banking experience, preferably with Corporate Bank products
General knowledge and experience of contract, service delivery and performance management
Experienced in working with third parties and cross-functional teams and solid understanding of NFRM, SDM and TPM functions
Analytical skills and a problem-solving mind-set, strongly motivated and the ability to challenge and be challenged whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism
Strong communicative skills in English (verbal and written)
