Job Overview
We are seeking a Vendor Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This is a Full-Time position especially suited for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The Vendor Manager will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring the company's procurement needs are efficiently met within the vibrant and fast-paced events industry.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proficient in supplier relationship management (Mandatory skill) for effective vendor interactions and collaboration.
• Strong capability in contract negotiation to ensure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors.
• Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau to analyze procurement data and make informed decisions.
• Understanding of cost management strategies to effectively control expenses and maximize value.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies that align with company objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in performance metrics development to evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Knowledgeable in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to streamline procurement processes and data management.
