Job Overview

We are seeking a Vendor Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This is a Full-Time position especially suited for freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience. The Vendor Manager will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring the company's procurement needs are efficiently met within the vibrant and fast-paced events industry.

Qualifications and Skills
• Proficient in supplier relationship management (Mandatory skill) for effective vendor interactions and collaboration.
• Strong capability in contract negotiation to ensure favorable terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors.
• Skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau to analyze procurement data and make informed decisions.
• Understanding of cost management strategies to effectively control expenses and maximize value.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies that align with company objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in performance metrics development to evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Knowledgeable in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to streamline procurement processes and data management.
• Familiarity with procurement software like Ariba and Coupa for efficient management of procurement operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage and develop vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective supply of services and goods.
• Negotiate and administer vendor contracts, maintaining strong communication and ensuring compliance with terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor vendor performance using established metrics to ensure alignment with company standards and expectations.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential vendors, evaluate proposals, and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Analyze procurement data to guide decision-making and optimize procurement processes for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of services and resolution of any procurement-related issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of vendor interactions, agreements, and performance evaluations for auditing purposes.
