Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on corporate governance, capital raise transactions, and other related matters.
Lead private offerings, debt, and equity financing rounds.
Provide guidance on public company, capital markets, and M&A matters.
Requirements:

7+ years of experience in representing early-stage and emerging brands.
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and a license to practice law.
Portable book of business is required.
Strong academic record, analytical skills, and client-centered approach.
