Build Strong Partnerships: Use your industry connections to create valuable partnerships that drive bookings and fill our calendar with exciting events.

Drive Sales & Marketing: Take the initiative to promote the space, actively pursuing opportunities to attract clients and make it the talk of the town, with support from our creative team when needed.

Event Coordination & Execution

Own the Event Process: From the first enquiry to the final curtain call, you’ll manage every detail, ensuring each event is flawless and exceeds expectations.

Client Whisperer: Lead tours, charm clients with your knowledge of the space, and work closely with them to bring their event dreams to life.

Hands-On Support: On event days, you’ll be the go-to person, ensuring everything runs smoothly and the venue is looking its best.

Maximise The Venue’s Potential

Make the Space Sing: Develop strategies to keep the venue buzzing with activity, whether it’s through creative programming or smart space utilisation.

Curate an Exciting Calendar: Help create a diverse range of events that draw in different audiences, making the venue a must-visit destination.

Join Forces With The Linktree Team

Pitch In Around the Office: When events are on pause, you’ll step in to support office coordination and internal events, adding your special touch to make Linktree an even better place to work.

Bring the Vibes: Be part of our mission to create a workplace that’s not just great, but the best in Australia—one that’s been recognised by the AFR as a top employer!

Who We’re Looking

Upbeat & Ambitious: You’re passionate about events and eager to take on the challenge of launching and running a new space.
