Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Venue Manager based in Sydney, NSW. The Venue Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth event management. Responsibilities include managing staff/ rosters, stock ordering, coordinating events, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of venue presentation and service.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Venue Management and Event Management
Budgeting skills and financial acumen
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $99,828.97 per year
