We’re scouting for a Venue Manager, the team captain to guide the squad and call the shots. You will make every shift a winning one!
Key Plays:
Inspire the team with strong leadership and build a culture that’s pumped and always game-day ready
Lead the operations that keep everything running smoothly
Train, mentor, and upskill your squad to bring their A-game to every shift
Drive financial performance and turn insights into winning plays
Make sure every part of the venue reflects our brand, energy, and best in class standards
What you’ll bring:
2 years’ Hospitality experience (preferably in restaurants or pubs)
Demonstrate mateship by providing an exceptional experience for the team and customers
Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs
RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced
